Real Estate Agent Relationship

I'm just about ready to complete my first wholesale deal but have been having a hard time determining a property's ARV. I understand the best way to find this information is through a RE Agent. My question is how do I find agents willing to work with a wholesaler? Is there a particular forum or meetup I should be looking into? Any advice would be greatly appreciated for a newbie.

Thanks!

Hi Jalissa,

I am a Realtor, wholesaler, Hard money lender, investor, AirBNB owner and Property Manager in the Tampa Bay Area.  In this business you will encounter people that can not accept a low cash offer.  They may still want to sell their home for retail prices.  That's where you work with an agent to refer all of the business you can't help with.  If you connect with a new agent they may have more time to invest in helping you.    You can also partner with them on Foreclosures.  If they don't want to sell for a lower cash offer before, then the agent can offer to short sale the property.  Just make sure you add value to the Realtor's business.
