Hello BP Community,

I’m native to the Atlanta area for about 20 years. I love golf and work in Financial Services. I had my real estate license held with a commercial land broker in Atlanta before getting into Financial Services. I’ve since gotten the R/E bug since seeing the investment returns for clients in cash flow producing real estate that we advise on.

I have never invested myself, but listened to a handful of podcasts, read books, and I think I want to put together an actionable plan for my first deal.
