Seasoned Investor New to Raleigh Durham Market

Hi everyone, I recently moved to Raleigh about 6 weeks ago, and after settling in am ready to fully dive in to REI here. I have been doing REI full time since 2011 including flipping, rentals, and wholesaling. I started my endeavors in the Dallas Fort Worth Metro where I was born and raised. After establishing myself there, I jumped to the Tampa bay area and lived and focused on all aspects of REI there for 5 years. I am looking forward to connecting with everyone working in the Raleigh Durham market and my main goal is to Network here to begin receiving investment opportunities as well as market knowledge.
