Hello all,

I am looking to purchase my first rental property in Atlanta Georgia. I am still in the 'research" phase. Currently I am looking at potential areas that I would like to buy in along with researching lenders and property managers. What would be some advise for someone who is new and taking the plunge in purchasing their first rental property?
