Newbie in Kansas City Metro area

I am newbie real estate investor. My wife and I have one duplex rental in KCK outside the loop and are looking for a second multi-family. We are open to mutli-family homes mostly on Kansas side as we have a support network for Wyandotte County and Johnson County KS in place at first. We will branch out as we can build our knowledge, experience, network, etc.
