A Little Bit About Me

Hello! New to BP and excited to be here! I am a 23 year old from Portland, Maine. I just finished up my undergraduate degree at Barrett within Arizona State University and have since moved back to Maine. I work as a captain out of Portland (primarily a seasonal gig). I have been working like a dog all summer/fall and living with my parents (when not sleeping on the boat or in the office) while saving up for my first deal. Just now beginning to seriously look at small multifamily properties in need of some TLC. The plan is to take advantage of the low down payment with an FHA (or FHA 203K), force equity through rehab into a property, then house hack my first deal while saving up enough to BRRRR the next one down the line. Very excited to be part of the BP family and hope that I can eventually give back even 1% of what I have learned and taken from the site, podcast, etc.
