Hello, bigger pockets. My name is Anthony and I have been listening to the bigger pockets podcast for about a year and a half. I'm just starting the process of setting up a business license and will be contacting an attorney within the next two weeks. My plans are to start purchasing properties out of state, and follow the BRRR strategy. I'm extremely excited about this new venture, I have a background in electrical, particularly solar so I'm hoping the transition to real estate will be a mostly smooth one. Lastly just wanted to say, It's funny how well networking works, almost the minute I started telling people my plans I was put into contact with a real estate agent, business partners, and a potential investor. I look forward to sharing my journey with you guys.
