Hi BP Community!

My name is Jack Zicovich, I currently live in San Diego, CA and grew up in the Bay Area. A little background: I graduated from University of San Diego's Real Estate Program and have been working as a Commercial Real Estate Broker's assistant for about 2 years now. I have partnered with a friend I met at USD who turned me on to BP Podcast and we are looking for our first deal. We are interested in the Mobile Home Park space and have been looking in Texas and the Sunbelt region. If anyone is familiar with this space and has pointers for sourcing off market deals or any other info to pass along please let me know!

Outside of work and real estate I am passionate about snowboarding, photography, cars, music and my friends and family. I look forward to connecting with some of you and getting my real estate investment career started.
