Newbie to BP from Philly

Hello BP peeps! I am a few weeks away from start my real estate agent class and I’m so excited! My husband and I partnered with another investor for our first property which is a flip (Rehab projected to be complete in a few weeks). We are interested in flips, but also want to add some rental properties to our portfolio. Our 2020 plan is already in motion and I can’t wait to dig my heels in! I am new to the game, but I am responsibly fearless (lol if that’s a thing). I can already tell analyzing properties and property management is my JAM! But anyways I’m hoping to connect with more folks in real estate to grow, partner, and share experiences. Hope to chat with some of you one day!
