Newbie to BP from Philly

Hello BP peeps! I am a few weeks away from start my real estate agent class and I’m so excited! My husband and I partnered with another investor for our first property which is a flip (Rehab projected to be complete in a few weeks). We are interested in flips, but also want to add some rental properties to our portfolio. Our 2020 plan is already in motion and I can’t wait to dig my heels in! I am new to the game, but I am responsibly fearless (lol if that’s a thing). I can already tell analyzing properties and property management is my JAM! But anyways I’m hoping to connect with more folks in real estate to grow, partner, and share experiences.
