Hello BP! I'm a new real estate investor from Torrance CA. 

I really like the concept of house hacking, live in flip, owning rental property, etc. I am trying to learn as much as possible and started to go to local meetups. I would love to connect with local investors as well as out of state members and start applying what I've been learning. I'm glad to be part of BP community!
