Hey guys, brand new to the business. We offer home ownership and make sellers more with lease to own. Any suggestions on finding good leads, not Zillow? I am an affiliate of Little Pink houses of America. First here in Phoenix AZ, having trouble with good leads on FSBO. Anybody have experience with Lease to Own deals. Very much appreciate it. I also own a carpet/floor cleaning business for those folks in Metro Phoenix who need help with getting a Great carpet cleaner, I would definitely take your advice in exchange for my services.
