Hey everyone. From Buffalo, NY. live in North Port, FL. Bought my first home in 2012 and have been in love with real estate ever since. Extremely eager to learn and become an investor, myself. Listened to many BP podcasts and decided to join the website. Main focus is #BRRRR strategy down here in SW Florida and also back home in Buffalo.
