Newbie From Southern California

Hello all, my name is Ryne Adams.

I am a new investor from Southern California.

I currently work in a grocery store and because of that I have a ton of drive to start changing my life!!!

My goals are to replace my current income with rental property income and build up a portfolio that will allow me to live life on my own terms. I am currently studying to become an accountant. 

I love learning and I want to learn everything that I can about Real Estate. I have read 4 books so far and am continually reading more every day. I've read the BRRRR book, Investing with no and low money down, Never Split the difference, and Recession Proof Real Estate Investing. I would be open to any other book suggestions as well.

I would love to speak with every and anyone about real estate. So send me any questions you have for me or if you just want a passionate conversational partner!!!
