Hello all! Newbie here! I own my house, and hack 2 rooms, I have around $80K of savings. Just started my education phase. I'm reading books, blogs, watching BP and YouTube videos and will be attending my first REIA meetup in a cpl weeks! Stoked! Hoping to connect with anyone in my area, and would love any recommendations on strategy for my situation, or any feedback at all! Looking forward to the journey!
