Hello, My name is Shawn.  I have a decent job that pays my bills.  I also have a 2nd job I’ve been doing for about 10 years now.  This job we fix minor things to get houses to market or repair general construction related issues.
ive been thru a divorce so recently I was able to crawl back to square 1 without a bankruptcy.  It was challenging but I made it. Now it’s about making sure my financials are in track for retirement (20 years).  As of now I’ve been opening debt to re-establish decent credit.  That’s worked well. 4 years ago I bought a car with a 20% rate.  This year i had to replace that car with another one at 3%.   Next year I want 1 or 2 more reward based cards and solar panels for my house.  After that I’m comfortable with the amount of open active accounts for a good credit score. (Patience is a virtue)
Now it’s scratching alittle money together every week/month to invest and save for a later real estate purchase.  I look at the market weekly and I work in the area I want to invest so I have a good idea of value.
Thanks for reading and creating such a great resource
