I am new to real estate investing and just become a biggerpockets pro member. Currently looking for my first deal while learning as much as I can and trying to find my way. My interests are flipping and building a rental portfolio. Part of my research is cities to build my portfolio in. I am open to discussions, meetups and partnerships.
