Hi all,
I recently purchased a multi family in Montclair, NJ and was looking for a good and reliable contractor to help with renovations.  I've had a few come out to give me estimates and I either never heard back or got outrageous pricing.  Looking for some recommendations in the North Jersey area.

American Painting out of Wayne, NJ (he doesn’t only do painting)

GC - RJ Michaels our of East Orange, somewhat costly but they do things right.
