Hello all! I am living in the south Charlotte area and looking to start investing in real estate. I currently own a one bedroom condo with my fiancé and we are trying to learn as much as we can. Over the last six months I have been trying to read and learn while working my 9-5. I am looking to start joining some meet ups and learning more about investing in Charlotte. My current thought is to find a duplex although that seems pretty tough in this area. I am guessing the best way to start for me may be moving into single family and renting out my condo. If anyone has any suggestions, tips, wants to meet up, any kind of help getting starting, etc. let me know! Thanks, Stephen
