Newbie from Denver, Colorado

Hello! I am new to BiggerPockets and wanted to send a quick post to introduce myself. I'm from Denver, Colorado and looking for others in the area to network with. I just left a career of 25 years to pursue a real estate career. I'm really nervous and excited at the same time. I know that with determination and a lot of work that I can and will be successful. I'd really like to learn about wholesaling and fix and flips. I look forward to getting to know some of you and am eager to get started.
