Stuff left by tenant after eviction.

Hi BP community !My property manager just evicted our tenant ,looking for a company to help us itemized, pack move out and store the tenant's stuff out of the property until its ready to be picked up again by teh tenant .Thanks!

In Akron, you have to have a crew to set it out on the curb when the bailiff comes.  The tenant can retrieve it from the curb or the neighbors will take it. The bailiff will call for a large trash pick up for the next morning.
