Multifamily Homes Philadelphia

Hi,

I’ve been looking for multifamily (2-4 units) homes as an investment property around the South Philly, Kensington, and Fishtown neighborhoods (prioritizing areas near the el or subway). I’m looking for a REA that can help me find turn-key property in the new few months. If anyone has any tips on this multifamily property that would be helpful. Not many areas of philly are zoned RM-1,2, or 3.
