I have been wanting to get involved in real estate investing for quite sometime and thankfully found BP.  Recently I've started thinking of different ways to get involved.  Just bought J Scott's flipping, negotiating, and estimating rehab cost books. Figure that is a good place to start learning for myself.  I'm also interested in buying multifamily complexes.  I've been watching these forums from a distance for far too long and am super excited to get involved!!
