Hey all,

I'm 25 and I bought a house about 18 months ago and rent rooms out to some friends, but other than that I have no experience in real estate. I'm spending the rest of 2019 doing research before I dive in with about $50,000 in capital in 2020. I'm working full time in an unrelated field, but spending all of my free time reading books, checking forums, and talking to professionals trying to find out as much as I can about real estate between now and then.

I'm here to learn. Any advice I can get is much, much appreciated. I've been rocking through real estate books and any recommendations are much appreciated. I'd love to connect with investors and professionals in my area. I'm also looking for advice on how to find good professionals (lenders, realtors, CPA's, etc.), as many of the built I've dealt with haven't lived up to the high standards I hold professionals to.

Thanks guys! Excited about the journey ahead.
