Introduction: Newbie Investor

To introduce myself, my name is Kyle and I currently reside in Brighton, MA. I recently stumbled upon BP back in June of this year and have been hooked ever since. I have signed up for as much webinars as I can as well as reading a handful of books/webinars and now, I am currently in the works to receive a pre-approved loan and can't wait to begin the journey.

For my first investment I am looking into small multi-family properties to househack. I am currently in the works of narrowing down areas within Massachusetts and look forward to any suggestions, thoughts, advice, etc.
