Howdy everyone! Been following BP podcasts for a while now and have some acquaintances who steered me over here. 

Me: I’m a financial advisor who loves real estate. Like really, I’m a RE nerd. 

I own a couple of SF rentals, one long term and one short term (Airbnb style). Just finishing building a spec house and just starting 2 4 plexes that I’ll rent and hang onto.
