Newbie from Belgium near Ghent

Hello! I'm a 33 year old guy from Belgium and I'm looking to do my first real deal.
Currently I own a house (with a mortgage) together with my GF.
Back in 2009, I bought a flat to live in but moved abroad shortly after so rented it out. I sold the flat 2 years ago and have had 100K+ euros in my savings account since then.
I have investments in the stock market and in crypto currencies but looking to make at least one investment in a buy/hold rental property.
A friend house-flipper recommended BP so now I'm here.
I'm looking to buy in or near Ghent in Belgium.
