From North Carolina to Denver, CO

Hey BP people! I'm new to Denver, CO from North Carolina as of about 2 months now. I am working as a chemist in Boulder and listen to the podcast basically all day when I can. I have assisted contractors in many repairs and flips and have always seen rental properties as something that made great financial sense to me. I am working and focusing on my education right now. I would love to connect with the local BP members. I would also like to quit my job and move into the real estate industry as an agent's assistant, office person, or work on the financial side as an assistant. If anyone knows of any jobs around Denver or meetups happening please contact me or comment on this post.
