Just stumbled upon this site a few days ago and I think it's great. It's sort of a LinkedIn for real estate. Looking forward to connecting with the community and learning as much as possible and sharing knowledge as well.

I am an investor in the Philadelphia region with a primary focus on multifamily and duplex opportunities.
