My name is Osvaldo Ramos but I prefer to go by Oz for short. I live in Provo, Utah where the term "Happy Valley" was coined. I'm a full-time student studying for a master's in Cybersecurity at Utah Valley University. I work full time, and when I get a free moment I spend it with my 3 most treasured things in this world. I'm in the Utah Army National Guard (UTARNG)serving as a cadet within ROTC, I'm part of the Military Intelligence Unit located in St George UT. Yes, that's a 4-hour drive for me every month :)

Service2u LLC is an online business my wife & I try to run on the side. This helps my wife work from home while I go to school, work & serve in the National guard. this is something that she does to help us supplement our income. I'm taking this opportunity to help me fulfill my "why". That why it is to keep a promise I made to my father in law before he passed away, which was to make sure his daughter was taken care of.

I will be looking at focusing more on the Rental model & slowly transitioning into the BRRRR method when I grow wings to fly and invest like I know what I'm doing. I appreciate the opportunity our key figures (Josh & Brandon) have done to create an opportunity for people like me and others to chase after the American dream!
