Hi everyone,

I got to say Being a noobie to BiggerPockets can be a bit overwhelming with the tremendous amount of information that you find here!

A bit about me, I’m 30 yrs old construction worker with few years of experience under my belt, I did two flips in Toronto recently and it wasn’t really as profitable as i thought it would be, so right now i’m planning to start my own business doing Rental property investment(Brrrr) in Barrie, Ontario. I would appreciate it if you guys drop a comment or any advice that you would have for me!
