Newbie near NYC - Would love to meet up

Hello Everyone!!

Super stoked to have just purchased my membership to BP.  Been following and reading the posts and articles for a while and just decided to make the purchase because I am checking out a new place tomorrow - multifamily, 3 unit, 6 bedroom 3 bathroom home which if all checks out I will purchase with a 203k and put in about 10-15k in new vinyl flooring, countertops, etc.

I am excited to start my real estate journey and would love to meet some new people from this site to spit ideas back and forth.  I'm right by NY so feel free to hmu!
