Looking for investor friendly Title in MA

Hello, I am beginning into the real estate investing field and would love to have a good Title company on my team. Does anyone recommend one near Cape Cod, MA who can do assignments and double closings? The closest REI meeting is 2 hours away from my location, making the journey a bit challenging.

Thanks, Candice

@Candice Crawford In Mass, we don't use title companies.  We use attorneys to close.

I've used Henry Rappa, Jr out of Melrose (BP doesn't allow us to post contact info in the forums) - who does lots of my closings in Plymouth County.  In fact, I'm using him to close on my own home in Plymouth.

I'm not sure how NH works, but in MA, we're a 2-contract state. We do a written offer with a small EMD which opens a 10 day due diligence window. By day 10, we execute the P&S with a much larger deposit.

In Maine, we use title companies and go straight to P&S.

Different states, different customs.

Good luck!
