first rental property

Hello everyone: I am 59 years old newbie looking to start investing. I only have $15.000 in savings and I am looking to get a loan from investors to get my first rental property.

I am planing in buying out the state of NJ since taxes and house value is too high.  My questions is if I should look for an investor or use credit cards  as my first options to finance my property.
