Hello all,

Long time listener of BP and other RE podcasts. I have family experience in RE and my father taught me a good bit growing up as he was in commercial deals, though he has recently passed. I'm a RE investor with 1 rental SFH looking to expand my portfolio in the Jacksonville, FL; Tampa, FL; Orlando, FL; and/or Lakeland, FL markets. I'm interested in buying a 4-plex or greater by summer 2020 either alone or with a partner if someone has real experience and is willing to teach. I have enough cash saved up that I could place a reasonable down payment on a well-priced quad plex or bigger if I had some guidance by an experienced RE investor that has connections with commercial lending. I plan to sell my SFH next summer and this would allow me to have enough down payment on a large property or multiple smaller properties.

Thank you for your time.
