Hello BiggerPockets Community!

My name is Jeremiah Perkins. I’m an accountant working in the automotive industry in Ohio. I’ve been in Ohio about five years, but I’ve lived in several states including Virginia, West Virginia, and South Carolina.

I joined BiggerPockets in 2017 and I knew back then that I wanted to eventually invest in real estate. My wife and I are working on some short-term financial goals, so we are still a couple years out from being ready to invest. Once we are ready, our plan is to aggressively go all in money wise. In the meantime, I'm learning as much as I can about the BRRRR process and hopefully will meet some contacts for the future.

Our first real estate investing goals are to generate enough income to cover our monthly bills and then both of our salaries on top of that. I want to eventually turn this into my full-time job. I’m very eager to start but its probably a good thing that I can’t yet and keep researching and learning.
