Hi all, new BP member here. I am currently in process on binge listening to podcasts and reading as many interesting forum posts I can. Glad to be here and I hope I can contribute too at some point. My wife and I live in the South Loop part of Chicago and we are in process of searching for our primary residence, somewhere in the suburbs. Meanwhile, we have a rental property in Michigan and looking to make an investment in our second rental property sometime in the near future, hopefully in no less than 6 months. Cheers!
