Hello everyone! My name is Carl Hale. Been in the navy for about 7 years. I do not plan on making it a career so I figured now is the best time to set myself up financially to get out. Currently in the Southern MD area. New to real estate. Been studying it for a while now via books, podcast etc. Looking to purchase my first property by the new year. Definitely going to be a multi family! Any advice is appreciated!
