meeting my first realtor

like many of you, I am new, spent hours daily studying real estate for the past  months . I heard to post on FB for good realtors in my area, did so and got a couple reply's back and even established to be put on for deal notification through these Real Estate agents.

the goal: to be able to apartment & house hack a year from now .

I have no major funds to start with , less than a $1000, and am meeting up with a couple realtors this week to talk shop. 

How do I not waste their time ??? And add value to them meeting with me, while still crawling forward towards gaining experience and creating a future profitable relationship with them ??
