Greetings from Green Bay! I have been wanting to get more involved with Bigger Pockets for quite some time now, and I am so glad that I have finally managed to work it into my schedule. I have been so busy scouring for my first property to rehab and flip, that I was neglecting other important parts of the business, like networking. While I have not found the right property to purchase yet, I have had the opportunity to be a private money lender for some local investors; which, has only served to broaden my learning experience (in a good way) and I am grateful for that. I look forward to interacting with the Bigger Pockets community and getting to know some of you better. Hopefully I will not only be able to take something of value from this forum; but, add value as well.
