Hi, I'm from and live in Charlotte, NC. I am new to Real Estate investing, but I try to read and learn something new every day. I recently started purchasing a list for wholesaling and will be skip tracing soon.

I'd like to build my wholesale business, but I am very interested in learning and networking with you guys on BP. If anyone ever needs some help or is willing to exchange knowledge for hard work please reach out. I don't believe in gaining something for nothing so please let me help the community any way I can.

My goal with RE is to build a company that invests in commercial real estate. I'm also studying the process of syndication and would love to hear any wisdom you guys have on the subject matters.
