New to BP in San Diego, CA

Hello BP,

I retired from the military a couple of years ago and currently work for the Department of Defense. While in the military, I bought a couple of houses as primary residences that became rentals when I transferred. I was listening to a Financial Independance podcast that mentioned Bigger Pockets. I visited the site, listened to a couple of podcasts, and am ready to move forward with my plans for real estate investing part-time. 

I look forward to learning from you all and hope to be able to share my knowledge when I can!
