Newbie In Western PA

Hello all! 

My name is Bobby, I'm a 25 year old pilot who recently moved to Western PA from Buffalo NY and wanted to say hello.  Over the past few months I've been reading books on real estate investing and browsing the forum and figured it was time to come out of lurking.  At the moment I'm currently in the process of looking for an owner occupied duplex relatively close to my current work place in Westmoreland county to get out of the renting world now the I'm more familiar with the area. 

My goals are to buy multi family properties and hopefully work into larger apartment complex into the future and all of it just really excites me.  Everyone on the forum seems great and I'm really looking forward to meeting new people and networking.  Thank you for taking the time to read my post and I'll talk to you all soon!
