Intro to the RE Journey

Hey Everyone! 

My Name Is Josh, and I just joined the BP community and have already gotten my hands dirty with all the valuable insights and resources that are available all over this website! I am brand new to the real estate market and trying to get my education up on the potential investment opportunities that are out there and have developed myself a road map for the end of the year. I am actively making moves on executing my plan, and I am looking forward to hearing from anyone willing to give advice to a new-by like myself, who is trying to break into this business. 

I am currently in the Baltimore, Maryland market space and trying to get my first endeavor started in the Maryland area. If there are any folks that are in this area and are willing to network and share some experiences, please feel free to respond!
