Hello my BP family! I am brand new to the real estate world. Military Vet Served 11 years in the Army and National Guard. I was recently forced out due to being Medically Discharge. I have been obsessed with the real estate market for some time and finally deciding to stick my neck out and take a chance. I was emailed this morning about a quad plex that a friend of a friend is selling. It's in another state but I don't want to let that stop me if it is worth investing in. What are some questions I would need to know about the property to figure out if its worth purchasing?
