Tracking down owners of vacant properties

Hey BP,

I'm in the process of tracking down the contact information of an owner of a vacant house down the street from me. I've already been on the county assessors website and pulled the name of the owner, however I am having a hard time finding a phone number or if the person is even still alive for that matter. I've tried to run the name through the white pages and similar websites but the information is blurred out and the website is requiring I purchase a subscription to view the information. I am cautious to purchase one because I am unsure of the accuracy.

Does anyone have any suggestions on another resource I should try or should I just bite the bullet and purchase a subscription?

I would use fastpeoplesearch.com. It requires no membership and is very accurate. It will even link you to potential relatives, if this is an estate situation.
