Introduction and Question

Hi Everyone! My name is Bryan Jones and I am planning on getting into real estate investment in the Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City area. What better place to get an education than on BP? I've been looking around and I am getting close to taking the dive into my first BRRRR property. I know the Colorado Springs market is very popular, but does anyone here have any experience around Florence/Canon City? If Colorado Springs is truly destined to be the largest city in Colorado by 2050 (city, not metro), surely Fremont county will see some substantial growth.

Thank you for your time and I look forward to getting to know everyone!
