My roadmap to success
Here's my plan so far I want to use some sort of creative financing to structure my first deal. My exit strategy is to fix and flip for the profits. Then use a portion the profits from the previous deal to finance my down payment for 2 more properties. With these properties I want to fix and flip with one and fix and hold the other and rent it out. Next rinse and repeat only this time add a property each flip until I have 10 to 15 sfh rentals in my portfolio. By then if all my deals a structured correctly I will have the available resources to transition into multi family and commercial properties. Please feel free to shoot me any ideas or suggestions you may have
