Hi, my name is Tha Lock and I would like to introduce myself to everyone here. I'm originally from Long Beach, California and moved to Houston, Texas a few years ago. I've been interested in real estate investing for a very long time. I could never get started because of too many setbacks in my life. I'm finally in a better position and ready to take my chances with real estate investing. Growing up, my parents was house hacking and got my siblings and I involved with the remodeled work. My parents are still house hacking but made a lot of mistakes along the way because they were not educated. Seeing all that they went through, I still feel like real estate investing is the best option for me to meet my goal of retiring early from my current job and give me the financial freedom I've been trying to accomplish for a very long time. I found bigger pockets when I started searching for real estate guidance on YouTube and found Brandon Turner. I started listening to the podcast and from there gave the website a try. Now, I'm a Pro member and looking froward to learning and connecting with everyone from here. I know I'm starting late in real estate but I'm looking forward to learning and start investing for my future and my family future. I want to leave a legacy for my son who is 7 years old now and any kids I have in the future. I look forward to connecting and chatting with everyone here.
