Where to find my first deal?

Hi everyone,

I am a new investor looking for rental properties - SF or MF. I want to build my portfolio and eventually have apartments for cash flow. BP community feels like home with so many people giving advices and trying to share live examples - highly appreciated 🙏

At the moment I am looking for deals on loopnet and Zillow but not able to find good deals. How can I find good off market deals to BRRRR. I am looking forward to identifying and analysing many deals.
