Stuck on Looking at Deals

Hello BP,

I am new to Bigger Pockets and real estate investing as of this summer, and am excited about the whole process. I am in Oklahoma City and have been looking at properties on Trulia, Zillow, etc, and using the calculators, as well as doing a lot of reading and podcast listening, but still feeling like there is so much to learn. Ideally I would like to house hack a 4-plex property so that I could eliminate housing expenses, and still be able to take advantage of the VA loan. I find myself stuck on what to do next, and do not want to be stuck in "analysis paralysis" so are there any recommendations out there for continuing to move forward. Any guidance is appreciated and would love to connect with anyone in the OKC area!

Thanks,

Isaac
